getting ready to sell your property. Imagine what you
would expect if you were buying Real Estate, and try to
make your property live up to what you would expect to

(Examples): Make sure the lawn is mowed, no debris on the
property, trimmed hedges, Trimmed Trees, Edged Driveway,
clean windows, pressure cleaned drive ways and or roof
top, clean the screens, Clean Gutters.

Personal Items - Many people love to have
their family pictures and decorations through out their
home. Right down to aromas and
fragrances that they like to smell in case someone were to
visit. Most Home Buyers like to imagine their prospective
home from a neutral standpoint. By removing your personal
touches may allow a prospective buyer a better ability to
size up a purchase to their liking by simply having the
home as neutral in decorations and aromas.

Another important factor is to get
with a Realtor and find Real Estate For sale in the area
that are as close to your as possible and know the asking
price of those properties. Many prospective buyers have
already seen many "Like" properties and will compare what
you are offering to what they have already seen and / or
will see.
(Examples): Total square footage, Square footage under
air, Year Built, Zoning, Parcel ID#, Similar Sales within
a 3 - 5 mile radius, Property Taxes, Home Owners
Insurance, Homeowners Association Fees.

getting the carpets professionally cleaned and making sure
all of the appliances are in tip top shape.
